I can't open 1Password on my iPhone, but can on my Mac.
What did I do wrong? How can I troubleshoot or fix? I assume they are on the same account or is that not a given? I have an iCloud account, but don't remember setting anything up for 1Password. I just downloaded the app from the App Store and entered my existing info in, I think.

We really do need from you some basic information in order that we can help you. Please tell us:
- What version of 1P for Mac you are using
- Your OS X version number
- What version of 1Password for iOS you are using
- Your iOS version number
Please use the links I've given to find out how to find out details of the relevant version numbers. In addition, please tell us whether the most complete set of your 1P data is on your Mac or on your iPhone.
It sounds as though you have data on your Mac which you need to sync to your iPhone. Does that sound right to you? If so, we can help you do that once you've told us the information I've requested.

Hi @matt_johnson ,
There was an error with version 6.1 on the iPhone that caused a problem opening the app. The 6.1.1 update should be available now. Update using the app store app, and let us know if you still have any issues.

I reinstalled and the wizard walked me through everything and it's all set now. Thank you.
