IOS is up to date. Also installed on iPhone but do get catagories icon.

    Hi @danders88

    Sorry for the troubles you are having. Could you please help understand what exactly is going on. Are you not seeing the Categories icon in the tab bar of 1Password or do the items in Categories have no icons?
    Also which version of 1Password are you using? You can find the version number under Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics.

    I have 6.1.2
    I don't see the catagories icon at the bottom.

    @danders88 - You mean that you cannot see the icon that looks like a file cabinet in the tool bar at the bottom of the 1Password screen on your iPhone?

    @danders88 - On the iPad it is on the side, not at the bottom.

    I still don't see it. I can select my vault but the items in it don't show up.

    Hi @danders88,

    Are you able to see the Favorites tab (star icon)? If so, the Categories (file cabinet) icon should be just below the Favorites star icon in the left sidebar.

    Do you perhaps have more than one vault? Is it possible there are not yet any items in the vault you're viewing? You can switch between vaults by tapping the 1Password icon in the top left corner.

    If you could show us a screenshot of what exactly you do see, we might be able to better understand the situation. Thank you!

    @danders88 - Your screen shot clearly shows the icon on the left side of your image. It looks like a two drawer file cabinet. Just to the left of the yellow-orange icon for the Pro Features option.

    Actually the screen shot was a good idea.
    I found the catagories icon.
