How to delet old 1pass itoons backup?

So I followed the process outlined on this page:

I reinstalled the and input all the logins again as usual after reloading the app. When I went to click the sync with icloud option in settings so I could sync the new information to my other devices (that I followed the same delet process with) I see the old account I can't remember the password for.

How do I delet this old backup other than the process I did follow?

    I think the answer is.

    Settings > Advanced, scroll down, > Erase iCloud Data
