Version 6.1.1 is not working on Apple Watch, despite reinstall and restart of iPhone and Watch. The App starts on the watch and requests password, but then only displays "you can add items from the 1Password app on your iPhone Requires pro features".
I have Pro features and it was working before the update to 6.1

1Password Version: 6.1.1

OS Version: 9.1

  • Hi @ERHAU175

Sorry to hear about the trouble. If you open 1Password > Settings > Pro Features does it still indicate that the Pro features have been purchased?

Under Settings > Apple Watch is Enable Apple Watch still toggled on?

    Please let us know.

    Hi Ben,
I did what you recommended - disabling and re-enabling Apple Watch - and then it worked!

    Thanks,
    Jens

Same problem, I reset version, enable/disable Apple Watch Feature. No way.
In my Watch App Icon is grey and don't have logo image. Try reinstalling app 4 times.
