When I log into 1PW, IT OPEN WITH "SETTINGS" PAGE. CANNOT GET TO PASSWORD DATA

I log into 1PW, on my iPAD using my regular 1PW password. The program opens with a display of the "SETTINGS" page. I cannot get to my password data. H E L P! This started about 1.5 hours ago. previously was able to use 1PW as I always did with no such problem.

    Tap on the icon that looks like a file cabinet, along the left side of the 1Passowrd screen.
