Having trouble logging in to Join.me

Im trying to login to join me and my personal info keeps overriding my company account that I want to log in with.

  • Hey @amy007! We'll need a bit more info about your setup to help out with this. First off, what page are you using to log in? I just tried things using the Log In link in the top right of join.me's homepage and was able to fill things properly. Your situation sounds a bit different. Do you have more than one vault set up? If so, you'll need to switch to the vault that has your company account to log in with that. If some different info is filling, could you give us a few more details about how you're filling the fields? :)

    Yes - I did change vaults to my companys vault. The login to Join.me asks me to fill in the password two times once 1password fills it in once. Here is a screenshot attached and the link is: https://accounts.logme.in/login.aspx

    Hi @amy007,

    I've pruned the URL you supplied because it contained your email address as a parameter. I'm guessing if you had noticed you probably wouldn't have posted it to a public forum.

    So I created a test Login item and everything seemed to be okay. The page seems nice and simple and while I don't have a real account to test with everything seems to indicate that if it were real details it would be good. So I think to better understand what is happening in your case we need to learn a bit more about how you use 1Password and your browser and see if there's an interaction that I'm not seeing.

    1. What version of 1Password are you running?
    2. If you are not on a mobile device (iOS or Android), what is your preferred browser and the version of that browser?
    3. As above, If you are not on a mobile device (iOS or Android), what version of the 1Password extension is installed?

    Those are the basics, just to make sure I'm testing the same version as you :smile:

    Other questions I have are more about how you generally try to use the Login item.

    1. How do you open the login page in your browser, do you have a bookmark in your browser or do you use 1Password's open and fill either from the main 1Password window or in 1Password mini?
    2. Is the URL you supplied earlier, the one I edited, the URL that you have saved in the Login item or bookmark? I ask as that did have an email address stored in it which I wonder if that's confusing matters. If you're trying to access another account we will need to find the slightly more generalised URL.

    Hopefully something here will help us along the way to understanding what is happening and getting it working :smile:
