6.1.1 load hanging

6.1.1 load is hanging on iPhone 6 running iOS 9.1. I have restarted the phone, and kicked off a new Update from the AppStore, but seeing the same issue.

The phone is plugged in, and has a good WiFi connection.

    I have same problem on iPhone 5S. Also tried deleting the app and reloading from Purchased. Delete did not work and after trying loading several times it hangs after circle is complete. App icon showing stuck at loading.

    Have you tried rebooting your phone?
