Hi @iris2048,
My understanding is File Sharing is something that has to be enabled from within the app itself. If the app has nothing it believes to be shared it wouldn't appear.
1Password 3 for iOS though does have a way of allowing you to create a backup of the vault without using iTunes and it can be found in the iOS app in More > Settings > Database > Backup and Restore and 1Password will instruct you on how to access the location of the backup using a browser.
Does that help at all?

Thanks but that is not helping. I want to back up my data from current 1PW 3.6.5 so that I can upgrade. I was able to download it, but without file sharing how do I import it into upgraded app?

Hi @iris2048 ,
I'm not sure what you mean by "without file sharing"? iTunes has app file sharing built in. For reference, the full instructions are located here: https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/#1password-3-7-1-or-earlier
If you have any trouble with those instructions, please reply.
