Hi

I have purchased an iPad mini 4 and trying to sync my 1 password from my Mac to the iPad mini. on the i pad it asks me for the vault password. I put in the master password I use for 1 password but it says the password is wrong. It is the right password. I have no other vault password?

    Hey @neil_fick! Hope you're enjoying the new purchase. :) Sorry you're having trouble accessing your 1Password data. Could you give us a bit more info so we can help you out?

    • What version of 1Password are you using on your Mac and iPad?
    • How are you syncing your data?
    • Does your Master Password still work on your Mac?

    Once you post that, we'll have a better idea of what's going on.
