Okay. I do know my master password and it stopped working.

My iPhone stopped asking me for my fingerprint to sign in and my iPad stopped asking for my pin. I KNOW my master password. YOUR app isn't working. My concern is that someone else having the ability to somehow access my info by changing the passcode.

    I'm sorry to hear about the lost Master Password! For your privacy and security, your Master Password is known only by you. We cannot reset it for you and you cannot change it without entering the old one. There is also no "back door" to access your data without the Master Password. If there were, that would be a security hole that could be exploited to gain access to your secure information.

    The good news in all this is that unless someone else has your Master Password, there is no way that they could be accessing your data either.
