why did my version of 1 password 5 stop working recently although I paid on October 15th 2015

Hi, I paid Euro 22,10 (USD 24,99) with my creditcard to update my version of your software. the transaction details are: AGILEBITS INC. 4165461397 CAN. Yet recently the license stopped working. I thought I paid for an update. What is going wrong here?

That will add it to 1Password.
