I am trying to install on my iPad. It just says installing but makes no progress.

I have bought 1Password and installed it on my iPad mini. I have tried to install on my iPad as well, but it hands at installing. The solid blue ring goes all the way round in App Store, but the doesn't progress to Open. On my home screen there is a greyed out square with a "pie" 2/3 complete. I can't delete to reinstall (if I press and hold and then click the cross it gives the option to delete, but nothing happens).

@Geoffo the usual solution to that sort of problem is to re-start the problematic iOS device. Have you tried that?
