Today when I logged into my iOS (iPhone 5S) account for a user name and password in addition to my own information I am seeing information for Wendy Appleseed. Why? Who is this? Is this a security breach? Is my information not secure and is now on someone else's account too?

    Hi @dsvir,

We do apologize for the confusion and there is no security compromise or anything like that.

What you're seeing is the content from the demo vault you've added to 1Password a while ago. What happened recently is that our 1Password 6.1 update includes the new feature called All Vaults, which shows a unified view of all of your local vaults. So, when you updated to this version, it switched to All Vaults and that means your demo vault is also showing up in your view along with your primary vault. It is not added to your vault but it is showing all content in one view.

Wendy Appleseed is a popular demo name used by Apple and we use it for the demo vault in 1Password.

You can go to your Settings > Vaults in 1Password to switch to the Primary vault and you won't see the demo vault's content anymore.

We do realize we should've done a better job of explaining this and we're working on that.
