Freeze on Unlock Touch ID since update
The app freezes during the unlock animation after entering Touch ID since the last update. I deleted and reinstalled and same problem persists.

I deleted and reinstalled the app. The most current, 6.1.1. iOS 9.1.

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having issues with Touch ID after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Could you please try completely powering down your phone and seeing if that resolves your issue with Touch ID?

It doesn't. I power down every night and this has been an ongoing issue since the update. But I just tried again to confirm and it is a problem. Can we bypass the tech support 101 questions please? I've exhausted the obvious already.

I'm sorry to hear about the continued trouble. It sounds as though you may be running into this same problem? If so, we currently have a fix in testing and hope to have an update available soon.

It is really difficult to estimate timelines on updates, especially when they will be coming through the App Store (as they are subject to Apple's review and approval, the timing of which is variable). The best info I have at this point is that there is a fix in our code in the current beta, and if all goes well with that testing it should be in the next version.
