Upgarade to 1password 5 shows less items than previous 1password?

Hi, I have an issue between 1password:5.4 and the 1password5:5.4.1 (which has created a new app rather than update the previous version??) 1password shows all my items (451) where as the new 1password5 only shows 280 items?

1Password Version: 5.4 & 5.4.1
Extension Version: N/A
OS Version: 10.11.1
Sync Type: icloud
Referrer: forum-search:1password items more than 1password5
