1pw not syncing, lost us of my custom keychain

Hi, my sync between win, phone an ipad has not been working for a long time, I use dropbox.
I was using a custom keychain name, but II think it stopped using it at some point in time. I have non idea why.
So I can try to repair this situation,but not sure exactly how.
But my mainconcern is what will happen when and if they sync after such a long time as I expect a mess mashing to happn with the sync.

    @lwmcmahon I think this knowledge base article should help you:

    Don't worry about not having sync'd for a long time. If 1P can't sort out conflicts they will be displayed for you in your 1P data and you shouldn't lose any data.

    Each item in your vault has a custom internal id, that is used to match up with items on the other devices. If there's a conflict (i.e. you changed the same field in an item on two devices), it will create a "Conflicts" section in the item and place the data there. 1Password will not delete data in the cases of conflicts.

    If you are still a bit apprehensive, I recommend creating a backup of your 1Password data before activating sync again. To do this on iOS, go to Settings->Advanced and tap Create Backup.
