When I open App Store, 1Password indicates pending update, but says "open" not " update.

When I open App Store 1P indicates pending update. Says "open" not "update". App Store icon on home screen also indicates a pending update. I delete and re-install 1P and all is fine until I re-open App Store then problem re-occurs. This is on my iPad Air2, does not happen on my iPhone 6s plus

@Chinabrian have you tried rebooting your iPad?
