iOs 1P Backup
Iv'e received a message in my iOS 1P version to remember backup my iOS device.
https://support.1password.com/ios-itunes-backups/
Thanks.
I thought that backup my OSX Mac 1P version will be enough as all my iOS and OS X 1P are iCloud syncing ...
So in case of data restore , the sync will "bring back" the data from my mac to iOS when syncing "next time" ...
Any advise will be appreciated .
My devices include
iMac
iPhone
iPad
1Password Version: 5.4 OSX + 6.1.1 iOS
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: osx 10.11.1
Sync Type: iCloud

@ronen I emphasise this post is my personal view: I am not employed by AgileBits. AgileBits may well take a different view.
I fanatically back up my Mac (using Time Machine and Carbon Copy Cloner) and, rather less fanatically, backup my iPhone and iPad using iTunes. I do not create separate 1P backups from my iOS devices because, like you, I tend to rely on my Mac backups. (I sync using wifi.) I'm not sure that's really the best thing to do but I do tend to rely on having two iOS devices and rather hope both of them and the Mac will not fail at the same time!
The short answer is, I think, what you do is a matter of personal preference—but, of course, people will say you can't have too many backups. :)

Hi Stephen.
Thanks for your reply !
I do appreciate your opinion and have to add that I'm backing up my iMac with time machine + 2 CrashPlan external HD ( Local backup ) + CrashPlan backup ( Cloud ),
So I have 3 "places" to restore from .
My thoughts regards - WHY do I need more backup if the sync between all my devices can replace an addition iTunes backup ...
Or I wrong here ?0 -

You can't have too many backups.
In all seriousness -- we mostly added this message for folks who do not sync with another device, and/or rely on iTunes / iCloud backups for their 1Password data. iCloud / iTunes device backups have proven to be unreliable when it comes to restoring 1Password app data.
If you are confident that in the event your iOS device was lost, stolen, broken, etc you'd still be able to access your 1Password data, then I wouldn't worry as much.
But, again: You can't have too many backups.
