Cannot update from Version 3.6.5 (iPhone iOS 9)
I am following the steps in: https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/#1password-3-7-1-or-earlier
However when I get to strep 7: Scroll down to the File Sharing section on the right side of iTunes, then click 1Password, I don’t have the 1Password in the Apps box. Could you please help? Thank you

I select Sync existing vault / Import from version 3 / Open 1Password 3 - Then the 1Password 3 opens and I select Migrate to 1Password 4, then it asks to Enter Unlock Code, which I do and it says Code Accepted, afterwards I can view the old 1Password 3 as usual and nothing else happens. When I go back to the new 1Password app it starts all over again asking “Would you like to sync with an existing 1Password vault or create a new one?”
Please help1Password Version: 3.6.5

Hi @mendesma,

I know managed to get 1Password to show up in iTunes. I am following these instructions: https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/ but I get stuck after step 9. Click Sync at the bottom of the iTunes window - I try to follow steps “Finish the import” and on my iOS device, I launch the newer version of 1Password and it asks me to choose from: “Create new vault”, "Sync existing vault” and “sign into teams account” and I don’t know which to select and what to do next. Please help

All fixed! I now can view all data from the previous 1Password version. But have one new problem: I had 1Password PRO which I bought some years ago, but with the updated version I only have the non-PRO version, how can I update to the PRO version without having to pay for it again?

The Pro features for v6 are a separate purchase from 1Password 3 "Pro" for iOS. Back in the days of v3 "Pro" was used to indicate that the app was a "universal" app (one that could run on both iPhone and iPad). We also sold non-Pro 1Password 3 for iPhone and 1Password 3 for iPad apps.
This designation was done away with in v4 when we went to offering a single app, which was a universal app.
Today almost all apps are universal, and apps having separate versions for iPhone and iPad are the exception instead of the rule. We now use the term "Pro" to designate additional features that are available above the base model. These are available only as an in-app purchase.
Thanks!
Ben
