Chrome on Windows Doesn't display correctly

Running Chrome web browser (version 46.0.2490.86 m) on Windows 10 (Threshold 2) there is a large gap between the grey top bar and the rest of the content, couldn't scroll down properly.

@vbtrek: Hmm, that doesn't seem to be the case:

I'm using the same Chrome and Windows versions you are, so perhaps you have some 'security' software or other extensions (content blockers? malware?) which are modifying the page for some reason. Let me know what you find! :)

Hmmm, I have just tried it on Chrome my work PC (which should have all the same addons as it's synced through google) and it works fine on this machine. So, must be something odd with my home PC. If I find the culprit I report back.

@vbtrek: Ah, great! Indeed, it should be the same in any give browser across platforms, and certainly on the same one. I'm interested to hear back from you, as it may be something that affects others as well. :)

It looks like it's Norton Family chrome extension that is causing the large blank space. No idea why.

Hmm. I guess whitespace is automatically safer than other content.
