    Just getting started. Taking hours just need simple stuff like where to enter name of contact i.e. apple, nordstrom etc. what is extension version? I have a special password, paid for service, can I use on other apple devices , even made me change my name. Do you answer by phone? email? when? phone [deleted} email HELP!!!!!!!

    @beverlytanner28 we need some basic information in order to help you. Please tell us:

    Assuming you're using 1P4 or 1P5 for Mac have you looked at the user guide? This section may help you:

    Saving a Login

    If it doesn't please explain exactly what you are trying to do and what does not work as you expect.

    1P for iOS is a free download from the App Store accessed from your iOS device—with an in-app purchase to enable pro features. If you make that in-app purchase on one iOS device you can enable the pro features without charge on any other iOS device that uses the same Apple ID. You'll need 1P for iOS in order to sync your 1P data between your Mac and your iOS device(s). In order for us to give more specific advice on how you could sync you data we need replies to the first two questions I asked at the beginning of this post.

    Edit: I just spent a long time answering your first post and have now found the second (which I've now merged with this thread). Please don't post more than once about the same problem because it makes support a challenge and also makes it harder for you to know where to look for the answer.
