Dropbox sync issues

Hi,
I'm new to 1password.
I added all my info to my vault stored on Dropbox, but there seems to be issues with the sync, between all my devices.
I added and edited my items on my PC.
That was yesterday.
Until now, not all of the items are updated. Not on my Mac, or my android device.
Also, my vault, with all my items seem to have problems syncing all my items to my android device.
I installed the Android app yesterday, and until now only 62 out of 81 items have been synchronized, and there doesn't seem to be any progress with the sync.
Even the sync progress notification stays the same.
To summarize everything, the Dropbox sync infrastructure is awful.
Are there any other options to keep all my devices synchronized all the time, or anything to do regarding the Dropbox sync?

  • Hi @henengel. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports from your Android device, Mac, and PC:

    Eventually after 2 days everything synced.
    Are you still interested in those reports?

  • Thanks for the update! I'm glad to hear that you were able to get everything syncing properly. :)

    The initial sync does tend to take a while, but two days is certainly way too long. Now that the app is syncing successfully, the logs in the reports won't show what the problem was, so no need to send them in now. If you have trouble syncing in the future, though, please do let us know. Thanks again!
