my iphone password is not working since I changed my phone

I recently switched out my iphone 6plus, my desktop has one password and my iphone another? need to fix this
cannot sync with icloud bc my KNOWN password even with the hint is not working

We need more information in order to help you. Please tell us:

• What version of 1P for Mac you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
• Your OS X version number
• What version of 1Password for iOS you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
• Your iOS version number
• Whether you have recently changed your master password and, if so, on which device you changed it

Version was downloaded today off App Store. After I tried deleting and re installing
iOS version 9.1

It sounds like what probably happened is your data stopped syncing to iCloud at some point. If you still have all of your data on your Mac please try erasing the data in iCloud:

Then please try setting up iCloud sync on both devices again:

So not sure if I was clear enough. My vault password is not working.
Either I forgot it all together or what I am typing is not the password - off by a letter or number. But how can I get into one password and see my 40+ passwords!!!
I do not know the vault password. Half the time on my old phone I was able to use my Touch ID

Are you able to access your data on your Mac, or not? If you are then I understood your issue and request that you please follow the instructions I provided above.
