Hi @plath,
I'm not sure what your post has to do with 1Password for Teams, so I've moved it to our iOS forum (as it sounds like your questions are in regards to 1Password for iOS).
Sorry to hear about the difficulty with Touch ID. Could you please try turning Touch ID off in the Settings app, rebooting your device, and then toggling Touch ID back on? You may also need to then toggle Touch ID off and back on within 1Password itself. Please let me know how that turns out.
As for Wendy Appleseed, she is a fictional character that we use for demo data. You're likely just seeing this appear now because of the All Vaults feature that was added in 1Password 6.1 for iOS. You can read more here:
