I'm having trouble syncing to icloud. Can you call me?

I just downloaded the mac app last night and the iphone app today. I can't sync the two of them.

    If you downloaded the Mac app without paying, that means you are using the trial version direct from AgileBits.

    Due to restrictions by Apple, this version does not have iCloud sync. It does have Dropbox sync, which is technically at least as good as iCloud sync, and is used by most AgileBits staff.

    If you really insist on iCloud sync, you have to buy from the Mac App Store, which does not give an option for a trial.

    Thanks. I'm having another problem: when I'm changing passwords to unique passwords generated by 1password I'm having trouble saving them and then I get locked out of the site that I'm trying to save for. Is there something I'm missing with this? I'm trying to switch all my passwords over now but I'm getting locked out of sites.

    The Passwords category in 1Password will show you any passwords you've generated for sites using the 1Password Password Generator. In addition we have suggested steps for updating a saved website's password available here:
