I purchased one password for Windows for an employee about 2 months ago. They also use it on their iphone. I now need to purchase a license for another employee. This new employee has a Mac and an iphone. What options do I have for purchasing? I will have additional employees in the future.

I'm happy to hear you're purchasing 1Password for your employees! :)
I searched our system for the email address from your forum account and see that you bought a 1Password for Windows license for someone else as a gift (I'm assuming that's the first employee you mentioned). If you'd like to purchase a license for 1Password for Mac for another employee, you can do the same thing on our AgileBits Store (choosing Mac instead of Windows, of course).
1Password for Mac is also available from the Mac App Store, and that version includes iCloud sync. There should be gifting options for apps in the Mac App Store as well.
As for iOS devices, 1Password 6 for iOS is a free download, and offers free basic features. The Pro Features in 1Password 6 for iOS can optionally be unlocked with an in-app purchase. We have more information about that here: Pro Features FAQ (iOS)
