Migrate info from 3.7.2 to latest version

I've been trying to migrate my data over from 1password 3.7.2 to the latest version via iTunes file sharing. It's not working. Can someone help me? I've followed all the instructions found at https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/ and still have no luck.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Sorry to hear about the difficult time getting your data moved over. Sometimes simply restarting your device will kick start things. Could you please try that, and then try following the instructions again? If you are still having trouble please let me know which step you get to and what the trouble is (e.x. is there an error? if so, what exactly is it?).

    I have not been able to transfer from 3.7.2 to the latest version on my iPhone. all instructions at: https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/ have been tried.
