  • Hey @kevinwilde! Could you give us a bit more info about your setup? These specifics will help us understand what's going on:

    • What version of iOS you are running
    • What version of 1Password you have installed
    • Check whether the Pro features are indeed marked as Purchased in Settings > Pro Features

IOS 9.1, 1password 6.1.1 'Purchased' is there while letters on a green background

  • @kevinwilde There's no reason you shouldn't be seeing the Organize tab then. What kind of iOS device are you using? Here's an example of what things look like from my iPhone:

You can take a screenshot on your device as well and post it for us to see, so long as there isn't any personal info in there.

Once you have the image, just attach it to your post by clicking the document icon and clicking Choose Files. Here's what that looks like:

I can see the organise but as you can see from the screenshot from my iPhone 5s there are no folders showing, the folders are also missing on my iPad Air2, but are there on my Windows 10 1Password.

  • @kevinwilde Thanks for the additional info. First, are you syncing between your devices? If so, what are you using to sync? If not, you'll need to set up syncing for your data to be available on your iPhone and Windows computer. If everything is in order there, could you try repairing your data on Windows? Simply click File and select Repair 1Password Vault. Then give things a minute to sync and check your iPhone to see if the folder appear there. Let us know how that goes. :)

  • Hi folks,

I just wanted to point out that as per this post folders do not display when using the "All Vaults" view. You must select the vault for which you'd like to view the folders.

    Thanks!

    Ben

I synch via dropbox, did a repair in windows, synched both iPhone and iPad and still no folders.
I have two vaults available, but only one selected in all vaults.

  • @kevinwilde I'm not sure what you mean by "only one selected in all vaults". Did you make sure to tap the vault switcher in the top left of the screen and then tap the vault that has folders in it? Sorry if I'm doubling up here — I just want to check that you're in the correct portion of the app. The screenshot you posted was from the All Vaults view, not a specific vault. To switch vaults, tap the rainbow circle icon in the top left of the screen and tap the vault you'd like to switch to. Then try viewing your folders. Let us know how that goes. :)

  • No problem at all. Let us know if you have any other questions.
