Hi @bcarney,
Sorry, it seems the old thread was automatically closed by the forum software due to inactivity - we didn't purposely close it.
I did call it a bug didn't I. I've gone back to check out the report I created and I see there has been a comment to say that this is intended behaviour, just for open and fill. It turns out there is a dictionary of particular keywords and the idea is we're trying to filter out accidental open and fill actions on anything that might not be a great form to use it on e.g. registration page, password change forms etc. Things were the user's first reaction might be a groan or dismay. Who of us hasn't accidentally made a mistake when distracted etc. As this dictionary was explicitly added the current developers are reluctant to mess about with the list until they fully understand the ramifications and the reasoning as to each entry in that dictionary. I'm sure this might sound frustrating to you but small changes to anything relating to filling can have large ramifications given all of this code needs to behave really well on a lot of sites. There is always room for improvement but sometimes it's tiny steps with a lot of caution if the code currently works in the majority of cases.
I don't have a good answer for you, I don't know what will happen here. If it had been a genuine bug that would have been a lot more clearcut rather than a rare case where the site's design decisions mix badly with certain design choices we've made :(

Thanks of the info. It's kind of a head scratcher that it works with 1P mini but not the "main" software (which I use the most), but hey, there's other software out there for me to try...

Greetings @bcarney,
Good point. I did forget that and it's a very good question. I will seek an answer as maybe the ramifications aren't anywhere near as bad as anticipated. This is a good example of how we are definitely human here  that was an mistake on my part to forget a pretty key detail that we did know.
