Same problem here. I attach a pdf in the Windows desktop version but it doesn't appear in iOS (iPhone or iPad).

@breedcreek: Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action.

The more information you can give, the better. For instance, which sync method are you using? Thanks in advance! :)

iOS 9.1 I can't find the 1password version # but it has been updated with the latest version on both the app and windows. I'm using wifi sync. I've had the program for over 1 year and it has never once worked.

@breedcreek: Thanks for getting back to me! I'm sorry to hear that this has been going on so long, but I'm glad that you've reached out so we can get this sorted out for you. I hope you don't mind, but I've split you off into a separate discussion so we can focus on your setup.

You can find the version number in 1Password for iOS > Settings. Just scroll all the way to the bottom. Are you using 1Password for Mac as well, or 1Password for Windows? And be sure to let me know the version number of 1Password on each device, as previous versions simply didn't sync attachments.

There are a few other things I'll need you to check: If you're using 1Password for Windows with an `.agilekeychain' vault, attachments cannot be included in Wi-Fi Sync.

Also, make sure that you've not only purchased the Pro Features in 1Password for iOS, but that it's showing up for you this way in 1Password > Settings > Pro as well. Otherwise attachments aren't available.

And if your good so far on those counts, make sure you're actually able to view the attachments in 1Password on your computer. If not, then that would explain why they don't show up on iOS, if they're simply missing or damaged in the first place before they can even sync over.

And just to verify, is everything else syncing normally? I just want to make sure we're only talking about attachments, and that otherwise your items are transferring okay with Wi-Fi Sync. Please let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

In your above comment you mention that attachments cannot be included in wi-fi Sync using 1Password for windows with an '.agilekeychain' vault to an I phone with pro features. So, is there a way to get the documents to sync?

@jbword there is indeed! Follow this guide to switching from Agile Keychain to OPVault. Once you do that, attachments should be sent over Wi-Fi Sync, assuming everything else about the Pro features being enabled and using the right versions etc. is also true :)
