1password stopped updating on iPhone 5s
It's now been over a week that the app has stopped updating and is stuck on loading.
I have an iPhone 5s with iOS 9.1 and even though I can't access the app from the main screen I can still access passwords for sites through the activities shortcut.
any advice or solutions would be very helpful to resolve this problem.

Yep, have done so on a few occasions to see if that would solve it, but to no avail.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the installation process. As Stephen mentioned usually a device restart will resolve the issue. In cases where it has not I have heard of success by connecting the device to iTunes and syncing the stalled app over that way. If that still does not resolve the issue I would recommend consulting your local Apple Genius Bar.
