I have a Family license for v4. I just opened my file and it says my "trial is expired".

I've been a 1Password user for years. I just got a notice saying: "Trial Expired".

My current version is: 1Password 4 for Mac (Family License)
It's been working fine for the past year or more.

Is an upgrade to v5 $49.00 for current users??
I'm currently on Mac OSX 10.10.5 (Yosemite)
I use Chrome as my browser.

Thanks,

Try simply reapplying you license key to the app. Some time ago there was a bug that would cause a user the need to reapply the license key. 1Password 5 changed to a license file instead of a key.

1Password moved away from a family license to a single license model. So a current single license will cover up to 6 users living in a home. More details and examples are on the store page. https://agilebits.com/store/licenses This page will also allow you to re send your current keys to you if you don't have them saved.

As to the up grade specific details available to you will be on the update/upgrade page. But that sounds about correct, just based upon past history.

    Hi @azcurt,

Let us know how you get along. I would hope that whatever the cause of the glitch simply reapplying the licence would be all you need to do.

Just to add, 1Password 5 is a free update to all 1Password 4 customers so you are covered for running the latest version and as you're running Yosemite you meet the OS X version requirements. Just throwing that in there in case you didn't know
