iphone is not syncing anymore
Since a few days 1PW iOS is not syncing anymore (Dropbox). Always worked perfectly before. Actually under settings/sync I do not see the usual screen anymore but only at the top the number of objects. All the rest is blank white screen (see screendump attached). Help please! Thank you. Patrick

I actually found out now that a manual sync in the settings/vaults section is doing a proper sync. But it does only when I kick it off manually. It is basically the same problem jjpulizzi already described a few postings before. I was scanning through the fixing proposals Stephen_C was kindly submitting, but couldnt find a fast fix yet. I meanwhile recognised though since when the problem occured. It is since I added a second vault for my wife a few days ago. Since then neither my old vault nor the new one is syncing automatically anymore.

Hey @pawo! The screenshot you took was actually from the All Vaults view. If you head to the main Settings tab or another tab and tap the All Vaults button in the top left of the screen (a rainbow circle) then select your vault, you should be able to see the sync settings within that vault by heading back to Settings > Sync. This isn't a "problem" so much as the way the app works with All Vaults. With the update to 1Password for iOS 6.1, we brought a unified vault view. Sync settings are still managed on a per-vault basis though. You can either switch between them manually to adjust their settings, or head to Settings > Vaults, tap the vault, and access sync settings in there. Hopefully that clears things up. :)

Ah! Perhaps that screen should advise the user to choose a specific vault?
