Missed synchro with duplicate item

I duplicate an item to have more then one login on a site.
Everything ok on my iPad but my OSX (1password 5) and iPhone (iOS 9.1) do not get the new item.

After the duplication I do not see and Dropbox activity on my Mac.

Have you some suggestion?

    Hey @shez! It sounds like things aren't syncing between your devices. You reported that you're syncing with Dropbox. Is that the case on your Mac and iPhone as well? Are they all connected with the same Dropbox account? I'd highly recommend going through these Dropbox troubleshooting steps:

    Dropbox sync is not working

    Let us know how that goes. :)
