My favorites are gone. My one-time passwords are gone. Add to Apple Watch settings cleared. Why?

I had 4 login items that were setup with one-time passwords. These were also in my favorites and added to Apple Watch. Now those settings are all gone, perhaps since the last update, but not sure. I have no favorites. I have no one-time passwords. Nothing shows on Apple Watch. Where did all of this go? I run Version 5.4 (540046) from the Mac App Store. Sync with iCloud. I have iOS 9.1 on iPhone 6S Plus running the latest version of the iOS 1Password App. I have Pro Features licensed. This is a very frustrating issue as recreating one-time passwords is a hassle. Thank you.

    Hi,

    You may need to restore your Pro features purchase. Try this:
    1. Restart your iPhone.
    2. Launch the 1Password App
    3. Go to Settings -> Pro Features
    4. Tap Restore Purchase.

    Let us know if that works out for you, or if the button in Pro Features is labelled Purchased.
