Basic Instructions for using 1P on iOS 9

Where can I find basic instructions for using 1P on my iOS devices. When a site asks for ID and password, I have to open 1P on my iOS device, copy the password and go back to the website and paste it in. Is there and extension I need to add like on my mac?
