Recovering deleted app

    Hi
    My iphone 6 has deleted by 1password app and it does not seem to appear on the cloud backup. Has it all gone forever. Applae and local shops can't seem to help. I bought a new 1password app and tried to sync with the original vault but that does not work.
    Any ideas?

    @prawno2: Since your post doesn't seem to have anything to do with restoring from a backup on Windows, I've moved you to a separate discussion so we can focus on your issue.

    (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'recover' for you to help directly. However, you could either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over.

    Can you tell me how you were syncing your 1Password data previously? Do you have 1Password on any other devices? Unless you've deleted it as well, you should be able to sync it right back. Please let me know! :)
