Restoring pro purchase after iCloud restore

Hi,

We've recently enabled Family Sharing for our family iCloud accounts.

Now I've just restored from an iCloud backup and I'm not able to restore the 1Password pro purchase (made before enabling Family Sharing).

I'm logged in to the App Store with the same iCloud account that made the purchase, but I'm signed in to iCloud with a different account (both connected through Family Sharing).

How can I restore my purchase? I'm not trying to share the in-app purchase with another family member, just restore for myself, to the iCloud account that made the original purchase.

    Hi @oskarhagberg

Thanks for taking the time to write in.

In order for the Pro features to restore correctly you must be signed into the App Store with the Apple ID that was used to make the Pro features purchase at the time 1Password is installed. If you restored the 1Password app from an iCloud backup this could be the issue.

Please make a backup of 1Password on the device in question (instructions) then delete the 1Password app from it. Make sure you are signed into the correct Apple ID (the one that made the Pro features purchase), and then re-install 1Password. Sync 1Password with your other devices (if desired). You should have access to the Pro features at this point.

    Thanks,

    Ben
