Shared Vaults Not Syncing

I have 1password on my mac and my iPad. My primary vault syncs perfectly, but my shared vault with my boss only shows up on my Mac and not my iPad. How can I fix this?

Hi @sallymink313,

Have you added the shared vault to your iPad? Shared vaults must be synced individually. We have instructions on how to add a shared vault in our User Guide.
