How to Change Permissions?

I am familiar with https://support.1password.com/teams-admin-access-control/, however, I cannot find gearwheel button to the right of the user (step 3).

What could be wrong?

    Hi @chmars,

    Is there a chance you're looking at the "Everyone" vault or "Your Vault"? The permissions for those two vaults cannot be modified.

    OK … so everyone has full access to the vaults 'Everyone' and 'Your Vault'. Thanks! :)
