Can somebody help me understand why some of my icons disappeared from login screen But still remain when you open the login. Almost all of them disappeared. My rich icon function is enabled.

Can anyone tell me why some of my icons in the category login screen don't show up but when you open the login info they are still there?

@rsims I have merged your other thread about the same problem with this one. Please don't post in more than one thread about the same problem. It makes support a challenge and also makes it harder for you to know where you look for an answer to your problem. In any event, threads are answered "oldest first" so posting again doesn't usually get you a quicker answer. :)

In any event we really do need some basic information from you in order to know what's happening. Please tell us:

• What version of 1Password for iOS you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
• Your iOS version number
• Whether you sync your 1P data to any other device and if so to what device
• If relevant, what sync method you use to sync your 1P data (Dropbox, iCloud or wifi)

Version 9.1 (13B143)
I don't sync to any device but iTunes on my surface pro.

Hi @rsims,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. We have heard a couple of reports of this, but I don't believe our development team has been able to track down the specific cause as of yet. Hopefully they'll be able to track it down and fix it in a future update.

Maybe this will help the developers debug process. I did a hard restart/reset and all icons are now appearing in the logins list again.
