Why is there is mismatch between our two devices?

@jayhawk5880 in order to answer your question we really do first need some basic information from you. Please tell us:
- What version of 1Password for iOS you are both using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
- Your iOS version number (for both of you)
- What sync method you use to sync your 1P data (Dropbox, iCloud or wifi)

@jayhawk5880: To be clear, unless you're both using the same Apple ID, there is no way to sync using iCloud. iCloud data cannot be shared or sync'd between accounts. Please let us know what you find!

We both have the same Apple ID and Password.
ICloud is enabled in both iPhones and my MAC...the iMAC, by the way, is synched up nicely to my phone with 231 items.
It's my wife phone than won't "catch up"0 -
I have 6.1.1 She has 6.1
I updated her to 6.1.1 and sync'ed still at 159 items0 -
@jayhawk5880: Make a fresh backup of your 1Password data on each device, disable sync on each device, reset 1Password's data in iCloud (only needs to be done on one device), and then setup sync again on each device. Please let me know how it turns out! :)
