Loading new
I lost my phone and cannot load the 1Password using ICloud. It finds data but when I enter my old password it gives me an error of incorrect password. Can that be reset?

Sorry to hear about your lost phone! Normally we recommend folks use our built-in backup function to backup their 1Password data, even if also syncing, just for this reason:
Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)
Do you happen to have such a backup?
If not, are you sure 1Password was actively syncing with iCloud when the device was lost?
(Un)fortunately AgileBits has no access to your data, and cannot reset your Master Password. You can read more about that here:
