1Password Pro will not load on my IPhone 6
I have license for 1Password Pro. Works on PC Windows 10. Works on IPad Aire running IOS 9.1. Somehow it is hung up on my IPhone 6 also running IOS 9.1. I have tried many things including deleating program , rebooting, ect.... I just get a grayed out screen when trying to update or download. I have a picture of gray screen but do not know how to attach it. I am a PC user normally. Not fond of Apple Crap...

Hi @RonS,
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Unfortunately AgileBits doesn't control the download process. That is handled entirely by Apple / the App Store / iOS itself.
Normally rebooting resolves issues downloading apps, but if that isn't working I have a couple of suggestions:
- Try using a different data connection. If you are currently on WiFi, try cellular, and vice versa. You may need to reboot again after switching in order to kick start the process.
- If that still doesn't work, try downloading the app in iTunes on your PC (if you don't already have it there), and sync it over that way.
I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

Same problem here.
I cannot load 1Password (Pro Version) from the App Store on my iPad... :-(
Reboot, etc. doesn't work. When I press the download button in the store (Cloud Symbol) nothing happens...

@Goldfinger72: I'm sorry, but we simply don't have any control over the App Store. I've had many similar problems myself in iOS 9, which has otherwise been wonderful. Fortunately it simply started working for me again in time (I wasn't able to install or update any apps on a few occasions). I know that doesn't help you now, but if anyone can it will be Apple, so you may want to reach out to them to see what they suggest.

Same issue for me
I will try the iTunes workaround when I get home0 -
Please let us know how it turns out. As Brenty mentioned though unfortunately only Apple will be able to assist with issues downloading apps from their App Store.
