iTunes Backup

Hello,
I am confused about a new message I recently got in the 1Password inbox, concerning doing regular backups, following the instructions on the link below:

So, I followed the instructions for doing backups via iTunes, and got tho the point 5, that did not work anymore. The description in the doc does not match the reality...

OS Version: OS X 10.11.1
Sync Type: Dropbox
