Add TFA with QR code - change does not sync

This has happened twice now... I've used a QR code (via iPhone) to add TFA / OTP to two of my existing logins... but that change does not propagate to any of my other devices (iPad, or Macs). No amount of "sync now" will make it sync.

If I then edit the login and add some text to a note, as soon as I click "Done" the login gets updated everywhere.

I was able to repro this twice now. Using iOS 9.1, 1P version 6.1.1

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Sorry to hear items you add QR codes to are not syncing properly. We are aware of a bug where items will not sync if the All Vaults view is selected. Switching to the vault you are making your edits in, instead of All Vaults, should cause a sync:
