I bought a new phone downloaded 1Password again and it will not let me use pro version features
Had to get a new phone downloaded 1Password fresh from the app store and will not let me have my pro version that was bought and paid for how can I get some help to get that back turned on

@mikeperez I assume you're using 1P6 for iOS. Is that correct? If so, please checked you are logged in with the same Apple ID as you used when you originally made the in-app purchase to enable to the pro features.
If you still have a problem please tell us:
- What version of 1Password for iOS you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
- The exact error message you see when you try to restore the pro features on your new phone
As a further thought, if you've not done so since installing 1P please try rebooting your phone.

@mikeperez: Indeed, you'll need to be logged into the same Apple ID you used for the in-app purchase for Pro Features originally, whether that was in 1Password 5 or 6 (or you'd purchased 1Password 4 outright), both when you install the app and when you try to restore the purchase. If either of these requirements aren't met, the App Store will not validate the purchase.
Please check your records, as you'll have received an email receipt, which will give you some important information you'll need if there's something that needs to be straightened out with Apple: the Apple ID used, the date of purchase, and the specific version you bought. So long as you purchased it on or after 2012-11-20 you should be grandfathered into the Pro Features in the current version of 1Password for iOS. Please let me know what you find.
