    I see you're running 1Password 3 for iOS, unfortunately this version of 1Password is a few years old now and no longer under active development. iOS itself has gone through several major updates since 1Password 3.7.2 was the new app on the block, I believe iOS 6 was the current version of iOS when 1Password 3 received its final update. While 1Password 3 for iOS has remained fairly stable in the years since, each subsequent update to iOS appears to diminish it's functionality and reliability.

    It'd be great if we could get you upgraded to 1Password 6 for iOS. And yes, all your vault items will import into the new version. 1Password 6 is free to download, with some optional Pro features available as an In-App Purchase. Even just the free version of 1Password 6 has all the basic features you've come to expect and rely upon from 1Password, and includes the game changing mobile extension feature allowing you to login directly through Safari or Chrome on your iOS device. Have a look at our guide to begin the upgrade process.

    Just a note: we do not recommend deleting 1Password 3 for iOS until you can confirm your items are safely in the new version of 1Password.

    Let me know if that does the trick, I think you'll be much happier with 1Password 6 on iOS 9. :)
