My phone was stolen Sunday. I restored from an older backup and my data is gone. Can i get it back?
I restored from a current icloud backup(11/21/2015) When I clicked on the iPassword icon it just sat there and did nothing. Data from other apps were also lost. I found an icloud back up from September 19, 2015 and I was able to open my 1Password but all of my data is missing because I entered it after September 19. Is there a way to get it back? Or are there other ways to do backups with out the cloud incase this happens again?

Hi @Marisola1,
I'm sorry to hear that your iCloud backup does not contain all of your app data. Normally we recommend backing up 1Password using the built-in backup utility:
https://support.1password.com/ios-itunes-backups/
This is the most reliable way to back up 1Password.
Thanks.

Great I will do this after I enter all of my information again. I called apple and they said that somehow all of my most recent backups were corrupted. I am not sure how that happens but for now on I will be backing up to my computer every month.

Sounds like a good plan going forward. Sorry to hear your Apple backups were corrupted!
