@DanGrizzell: Yep! You can start over with 1Password completely by following the steps in this guide:

Start over with a new vault

That said, if you just want to change your Master Password, just unlock your vault and go to 1Password Preferences > Security > Change Master Password. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions! :)
